Year of The Blogs

I remember when I was just a teen, entering high school thinking my Myspace was the only cool way to put your thoughts and pictures out there. I had heard the term "blog" thrown around here and there, but to be honest I thought of it as just something weirdos did for attention, and that no one really cared what they had to say (I was a little immature back then...okay, and rude too). As I have grown, and matured a little as well, I realize how popular blogs are becoming. Even with my peers, which really amazes me considering my original idea of the blog.  More and more I see friends and followers on Facebook and Twitter advertising for their friends and peers to check out their blog! This year especially. There are blogs for fashion, PR, sports, and just plain gossip.  You name it, and there's a blog for it. I suppose it isn't so weird as I thought, and truth be told, I kind of enjoy it myself....So, after all is said and done, I have just one question. Where you born to blog?

Perez: Love Him or Hate Him?

We all know of the famous blogger/socialite/celebrity Perez Hilton. Me personally, I think he is great, but others might not feel the same way. Because of his vulgar use of language and somewhat "low blows" he gives to other famous celebs, he might not have the best rep. For me, perezhilton.com is my favorite way to keep up with the latest gossip. Sometimes he even blogs about important news stories, not just the ins and outs of A-list celebrities.  Although he sometimes may be a tad on the inappropriate side, he adds a lighter mood to touchy subjects such as the Tiger Woods affairs, Lindsay Lohan's "Lindsanity', and the Britney Spears comeback.  What better way to get your daily dose of Gossip then to visit Perez's site!!
